Vivo’s upcoming iQOO 11 series finally reveals its new launch date after an initial delay.

The tech giant’s new flagship phone models, iQOO 11 and mid-range iQOO Neo 7 SE were initially set to launch on Dec. 2. However, the company has decided to postpone the event due to the recent passing of the former general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, Jian Zemin, according to Times Now. The move to postpone the event was made out of respect and to give the nation time to grieve.

As an update, iQOO Indonesia reveals in an Instagram post that the new launch date will be Dec. 8. Vivo will reportedly introduce the new flagship phones simultaneously in Malaysia, Indonesia, and China.
